After hours / Life, not just workMore time for love. For family.
For the people and moments
you don’t get back.

The world has changed. So has what one person can build.
I’m Ilhan Irem Yuce. I build websites, publishing systems and practical AI workflows. You work directly with the person who builds it.
AI expands what I can do. Judgment, craft and accountability remain mine. The aim is simple: less repetition, sensible running costs, more room for your life.
A journey through a night.
Not a promise to deliver a project overnight.

Your idea deserves more than another template with your logo on it.
A clear website, a useful calculator, a customer portal or the first version of a product. I connect the design to the work it actually needs to do.
When someone looks for an answer, give your business a credible place in it.
Technical foundations, useful content and clear information architecture. Search engines and AI answer systems need to understand what you do and why your work is relevant.
Crawlability, indexing, page structure and performance.
Content built around real questions, evidence and decisions.
Search Console and relevant visibility reporting—not a vanity-score ceremony.
No guaranteed rankings, AI mentions or “secret GEO hack”. Baseline first; evidence after.
Let’s find the missing signal
Research is work. Writing is work. Publishing is work. Build a repeatable system around that work without giving up editorial judgment.

Defined sources, topics and evidence requirements.
A useful angle, your voice and a consistent content structure.
Source links, duplication checks and claims that need a human decision.
Your agreed review gate. Sensitive material does not skip it.
A controlled queue, publishing rules and visible exceptions.
API usage, hosting, editorial review and maintenance do not disappear. The opportunity is to stop rebuilding the same process for every article.
See the cost structureYour blog should not need a developer every time you have something to say.
A straightforward editor, image uploads and a publishing calendar. Approved work can move from the queue to the website without you manually rebuilding the article list.

The calendar continues. You choose what is allowed to go live.

Not fifty tools. One useful workflow.
A new enquiry needs a record. An approved article needs a publishing slot. An exception needs a person. I connect those steps with clear permissions and failure handling.

You do not need another strategy deck that stops at the interesting part.
I work inside the problem: understand the workflow, choose a useful first step, build it and test it with the people who will use it. Direction and execution, together.

My partner ecosystem and working stack are not a bag of logos. Each tool has a role. Your project only needs the ones that serve it.

Structured content and data, with access boundaries designed around the actual workflow.
Relationships are not certifications, client endorsements or sponsorship of this service. Tool selection, provider terms, account costs and data handling are agreed for your project. Explore the wider FreeMalta ecosystem.
A system should reduce repeated work—not introduce a monthly mystery. Setup, third-party usage and support are separate lines in the conversation.
Workflow design, implementation, integrations, safeguards, testing and handover. Deliverables and revisions agreed before work starts.
Models, hosting, storage and any required subscriptions. Expected usage, provider charges and spending controls made visible upfront.
Monitoring, improvements and support if you need them. What is covered, what is not and the response arrangement agreed in writing.
Instead of manually rebuilding the research-to-publication process for every article, you invest in a reusable pipeline.
That does not make content free. Research usage, editorial review, publishing volume and provider changes still affect the bill. I’ll estimate the running cost for your volume—not someone else’s demo.
Estimate the time a repeated task takes. This is a planning illustration, not a savings forecast or a service quote.
€541 / month of time value
4.33 weeks/month. Time value is not cash saved. Excludes setup, running costs and review. No blanket subscription. No compulsory six-tool stack.
Scope first. A written quote before work begins.

Calculators, practical resources, product journeys and comparisons. A useful interface—not just more information.
AI deployment, editorial insight and Trial: use cases, evidence and trade-offs instead of a feature graveyard.
Distinct beats, recurring digests and a publishing system. The live publication shows what the operating model produces.
A prediction-markets publication with specialist coverage, a glossary and directories. A different brief, a different editorial world.
Historical ecosystem figures published by Fierce & Tame—not this page’s traffic, a unique-audience total or a forecast for your project. The measures are different and are not added together.

Deliverables, access, costs, responsibilities and success criteria. Agree the smallest useful release.
Test with real inputs and agreed permissions. Keep exceptions visible. Fix what fails.
Document the system, accounts and operating steps. Agree support separately if it is needed.
Ilhan Irem Yuce. I scope the work, build the system and stay accountable for delivery. If a specialist is needed, that involvement is discussed upfront. There is no anonymous delivery team.
The quote separates setup, expected third-party running costs and optional ongoing support. It depends on the workflow, integrations, volume and safeguards. There is no invented starting price or promise of zero running costs.
Only within the permissions and rules we agree. Editorial approval, exceptions and sensitive actions can remain human-controlled. A multi-agent newsroom is not a licence to publish unverified claims.
Ownership, source-code handover, account access and documentation are specified in the agreement. Wherever practical, services run in your accounts. Third-party products retain their own licences and subscription terms.
No. The workflow decides the stack. A simple form, a scheduled task or a conventional website may be better than an agent. I do not add AI just to make the proposal look sophisticated.
No. We agree a baseline and measurable success criteria, then test the result. Search visibility, provider behaviour and operating costs can change. Time savings depend on the work and the review it still needs.
Yes. Malta is where the work began, not a limit on where it can be useful. Scope, time zones, access and any country-specific requirements are agreed before work starts.
You do not need a perfect brief. Tell me what you keep doing manually, what you want to build, or what is getting in the way.
