The news that drew my attention wasn't the peptide clinics or the smart rings. It was quieter than that. A clinical trial for daraxonrasib, an experimental oral drug targeting pancreatic cancer, showed survival rates nearly double what current treatment offers. Pancreatic cancer is one of medicine's most resistant territories — diagnosed late, treated poorly, survived rarely. A pill that meaningfully shifts that outcome is not a wellness trend. It is the kind of development that deserves a moment of actual stillness before you scroll past it.
