- Email address and name when you create an account or subscribe
- CV file content (FreeMalta Jobs only) — used solely to generate your score and matches, deleted within 30 days unless account is active
- IP address (anonymised after 24h), browser type, pages visited via Google Analytics 4
- Payment status and billing dates — card credentials handled by Stripe, never stored by us
3. What We Don't Do
- We never sell, share or transmit your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes
- We do not build individual behavioural advertising profiles

- CV files: 30 days from upload unless account is active
- Account data: active period + 90 days after deletion request
- Payment records: 7 years (legal requirement)

Access, correct, delete, port or restrict your data at any time. Email hello@freemalta.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Maltese IDPC.

1. The Service
FreeMalta.com is operated by Fierce & Tame Limited (C 115080). Our platforms provide information, tools and content for informational purposes only — not legal, financial or professional advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase a subscription.
3. Accounts & Subscriptions
- Free features require no account. Subscriptions require a valid email address.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
- Subscription features are allocated per billing month and do not roll over.
4. AI-Generated Content
Some content on our platforms is AI-generated. While we strive for accuracy, it may contain errors or omissions and should not be relied upon as a sole source for any decision.
5. Acceptable Use
- No automated scraping or bulk-processing of our content
- No reproduction or resale of our content without written permission
- No use for any unlawful purpose under Maltese or EU law
6. Affiliate Links
Some pages contain affiliate links. If you click and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence our content.
7. Intellectual Property

How to Cancel
We confirm within 1 business day.
After Cancellation
- Access continues until end of current billing period
- No further charges
- Account data retained for 90 days then deleted
- Unused features are not refundable
Downgrading
Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No partial refunds for the current month.

Not satisfied with your first subscription payment? Full refund within 7 days, no questions asked. Email hello@freemalta.com with subject "Refund Request". Processed within 5 business days.
After 7 Days
- Refunds not available for the current billing period
- Refunds not available for renewal charges
- Cancel anytime to stop future billing
Exceptions
We refund outside the 7-day window for: duplicate charges due to technical error, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or service unavailability exceeding 72 hours.
