01 / Build & Launch / Practical decisions

The idea is good.
Give it somewhere to live.

The meeting ends with a familiar sentence: “We should build something.” By Monday, there are three documents, two design directions and no clear owner. Start smaller: one customer, one useful promise, one working journey. Then choose the tools.

Some links are affiliate links. FreeMalta may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Choose around your needs; these tools are not a required bundle.

01 / Start with the job

A website is a decision before it is a design.

For a founder, service business or small team, the first job is agreeing what a visitor should be able to do. Understand the offer? Request a quote? Book a conversation? A beautiful homepage can still leave all three unanswered. Put the customer journey on a board before anyone starts choosing fonts.

01 / The next decision

Map the promise

Define the audience, the offer and the next action. Record who owns each part of the experience.

02 / The next decision

Choose the build route

A hosted builder, a conventional website and a custom application solve different problems. Decide how much control you actually need.

03 / The next decision

Test one complete journey

Try the page on a phone, submit the form, check the notification and make sure somebody receives it.

04 / The next decision

Launch with an owner

Know who handles updates, backups, access and enquiries. The launch celebration should not be the last maintenance meeting.

02 / Tools with a specific job

Give each tool a reason to be here.

Choose the bottleneck you need to remove. A product earns its place when its job is clear — and the overlap with your existing tools is understood.

Miro
Clarify the workMiro

Make the messy conversation visible.

Miro gives a team a shared visual workspace for mapping journeys, discussing ideas and organising a plan. It earns its place when several people hold different versions of what the business is building. Put the customer's route, the unanswered questions and the decisions on the same board. A workshop should end with commitments, not a very impressive collection of sticky notes.

Who it suits

Founders, agencies and distributed teams aligning around a launch or service process.

Before you commit

Give decisions an owner and a date. Check guest access and export needs before bringing clients into a board.

Hostinger
Put the site onlineHostinger

Choose the home your project needs.

Hostinger offers different routes, including website building, web hosting and VPS hosting. A brochure site and a custom PHP platform do not need the same setup. Choose around the software you intend to run, the maintenance you can handle and the room you need to grow. Hosting is infrastructure; your offer, content and customer experience still need somebody at the wheel.

Who it suits

Businesses launching a website, running WordPress or deploying a project that needs an appropriate hosting environment.

Before you commit

Compare renewal price, backups, storage, supported technologies and migration options. Running automation on a VPS also means managing that server.

Wegic
A conversational build routeWegic

Explain the site before you explain the code.

Wegic lets you describe a website and refine it through a conversational interface. It is worth evaluating when getting an initial site into shape matters more than controlling every implementation detail. Bring a useful brief: audience, pages, tone and the action you want visitors to take. AI can accelerate the first draft. It cannot discover your business priorities by reading your enthusiasm.

Who it suits

A lean team exploring an AI-assisted website route or testing an early web presence.

Before you commit

Test mobile layout, forms, domain connection, published limits and export or migration options before committing.

03 / An illustrative workflow

An advisory business with one clear offer.

Map the enquiry journey in Miro. Choose a hosting or builder route. Publish a focused service page with evidence, a clear contact action and a working confirmation. Ask someone outside the project to use it on their phone. If they need a guided tour, you have found the next task.

The useful measure: Can a new visitor understand the offer, make contact and receive a reliable response?

The tenth design meeting rarely fixes a missing offer. Sometimes the most productive button is Publish — after somebody has tested the form.

04 / Only if the job needs it

A smaller stack. Room to grow.

You do not need to subscribe to every product mentioned here. Open the options when you can name the problem you want the next tool to solve.

05 / Make the decision useful

Before adding another subscription.

Access

Keep the domain, hosting and key accounts under business-controlled ownership. Record recovery and handover arrangements.

Operations

Check backups, updates, monitoring and responsibility for failures. A low headline subscription is only part of the cost.

Acquisition

A published site does not create demand. Give the next journey an offer worth discovering.

06 / Straight answers

Questions worth asking first.

Should I buy every tool on this page?

No. Choose a planning method and one build route first. Add other tools only when a specific workflow needs them. Some products are alternatives, not required parts of a bundle.

Do I need Miro if I work alone?

Not necessarily. A clear written brief may be enough. A shared visual workspace becomes more useful when several people need to agree on a journey, process or launch plan.

Are Hostinger and Wegic the same type of product?

They overlap around website creation, but the route matters. Hostinger has builder, hosting and VPS options; Wegic focuses on conversational AI website building. Compare your actual software, control and maintenance needs.

Can I run n8n on an ordinary website hosting plan?

Do not assume so. Self-hosted automation needs a suitable environment. Check deployment requirements, resource needs and your ability to maintain the server; hosted n8n is another route.

Will an AI-built site rank automatically?

No tool guarantees search visibility. Useful original content, accessibility, crawlable pages, appropriate metadata and a good user experience still need deliberate work.

The next step

A working site deserves a useful audience.

Continue with the acquisition journey: choose a focused audience, an offer worth their attention and a way to measure what happens.
