Two frontier AI labs have submitted confidential IPO drafts. A defence company has doubled its private valuation. Others have already listed—or chosen a buyer instead. The interesting question is not who is next. It is what the evidence actually says.

Confidential S-1 drafts are confirmed. Listing dates and offer prices are not.
A filing is a signal. It is not a listing date. Anthropic confidentially submitted a draft S-1 on 1 June 2026. Its May Series H valued the company at $965 billion post-money. The company has not set an IPO date, share count or offer price.
The paperwork exists. The calendar does not. OpenAI announced a confidential draft S-1 submission on 8 June 2026 and said it had not decided on timing. Its March financing set an $852 billion post-money valuation. Sam Altman subsequently said an IPO would not happen in 2026.
Anduril is not waiting for the bell.
Anduril raised $5 billion in a May 2026 Series H at a $61 billion valuation. The defence technology company remains private and has not announced an IPO date.
Still private. Still a question.
